I liked you article a lot. I have written an article titled integrity in restaurant service which you may like. You can find the article through my articles page on my web site www.myqualitywriting.com. Customer service today is not an easy task as you stated in your article but another side is having integrity in the service that is provided. People want good service and they want integrity in that service. Customer service personnel should practice the principles of integrity. Thanks for a great article.
