Bookmarks for Promotion of Book

There have been several people who have posted they use bookmarks for publicity/advertising. I was wondering if pictures could be posted of the bookmarks. I would like to make some of my own. I cannot visualize these bookmarks. I just need to get some ideas as to what people are talking about.
