Finding a good editor

My first book is just about finished (Hooray!) but I've been searching for the right editor for it. It will be published by Balboa Press, and they charge per word, and that seemed like it would be really expensive. I was wondering if anyone recommends an editor for a non fiction book... Title is Being Well Within: From Distressed to De-Stressed

Hello Loren,

What kind of editing do you need? Just finding error in grammar, spelling or punctuations? I could offer that service to you as long as it does not need re writing of the story.

I would also recommend that you post your need in Facebook, Twitter, and even Craigslist. In Craigslist, I get most of my clients there who needs book formatting service so maybe you can get one for an Editor.

And maybe our author friends here could recommend someone reliable for you so always check this thread.
