Fulfilment someday

I’m here doing my own thing.
But while some accuse me,
of being more sentimental
than I’m practical,
others frown that most times,
I sound so illogical.
And when the heat of living gets too critical,
I quiet myself by delving into the comical.

And do you know what,
I’ve tried out religionism,
and even applied some mysticism,
all in my search for the divine ism.
This quest that pulls me on.
And I this hardy seeker,
sojourning for Mount Zion.

But one day shall come for me,
and these dark clouds
that hang over me,
they all shall drift away.
With showers of real blessings,
raining down on me.
The sweat of all my toils,
turned nuggets of precious gold.
