God, My Strength: Psalm 46:1, 10-11

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen; I will be exalted in the earth. The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.

In this life, we will face disappointments, heartaches, and tribulations, but what we as Christians are to do is look to God our refuge and strength. We as believers will face these setbacks because we live in a sin-riddled world that is controlled by Satan and his minions. When these setbacks come upon us, we must do go to God in sincere prayer believing that God will answer our prayers. God is faithful to His promise of never to leave nor forsake His own. As we face these challenges, we will find comfort and help at God's throne of grace.
After taking our problems to God, we then must be still and know that God is still God and He will be exalted in the earth letting the heathen know that yes He is God and is in control. We as Christians must rest in God because He has dressed us with His body armor (Ephesians 6:11-18KJV). God knew that we would be challenged and we are to be ready for battle as we carry our sword (God's Word) daily.
With God as our mighty warrior, we will overcome any challenge we are sure to encounter because God is our refuge and is with us; therefore, face each challenge with a smile.
