Marketing at Bookstores My Least Profitable Venue

I've come to know that unless you've already made a famous name, bookstores
do nothing to help. If you're going to sign at a bookstore, I wouldn't depend on
them. I do my own marketing for that store, four weeks out, then use it as
publicity.

I earn money from nonprofits, special events, seminars, and signings given by
book clubs. Add radio, TV to those and I sell tons of books.
