Retired US Army Master Sergeant Has Second Historical Novel Published

The King's Highway, Book Two of Father Serra's Legacy has just been released by Bluewood Publishing of Christchurch, New Zealand - press release available upon request..

Master Sergeant Day, a Las Vegas resident of over 30 years, ended his post military activities due to medical disability incurred during his service in Vietnam. Desiring to remain productive, he turned to writing, spending hundreds of hours conducting research to make certain the contents of his novels are historically correct.

Sergeant Day's first novel, The Sailor and The Carpenter, is also available at bluewoodpublishing.com as well as Amazon.com. Thee third novel of the series should be released early in 2014 and Sergeant Day is working on a difficult fourth novel about the end of the mission era and the arrival of the Americans.

All four books in this series tell the truth about California history - not the stuff pawned off in official texts based upon the writing of an American Midwestern Protestant who hated the Catholic church and felt all Mexican Californians were lazy and ignorant, along with the Indians who were little more than animals.

Available in paperback and e-book format at bluewoodpublishing.com and Amazon.com
