We are all experiencing tremendous waves and changes that will iimpact entire humanity for the rest of this century. These come mixed up global economic turmoil, abject confusion between needs and wants.
The spirit of individualism has masked our ability to reach out to thers and offer our unflinching support and in turn receive support. I hear people talk about lack of trust in those around them.
So here are some pointers on what each one of us should be considering as we enter 2009
How am I spending my time? To answer the question take a seven day period and document verything you do and for how long...even right down to how much time you spend taking a shower or returning a phone call. Go back and truly figure out what you got out of it. We all know that time is money and time wasted will never be recouped. Use that a tool to structure your time management. This exercise will quickly get you out of the "I am busiy trap".
