Translater/Publisher required to purchase rights for specific regions for our books

Apologies if this post if out of place, if so please let me know and I'll remove it.

I'm based in Australia and work for a publishing company. We have written, producted and published four coffee-table books and two very high quality instructional books (Freestyle Motocross and Surfing). I'm looking for foreign publishers who'd be willing to purchase the translation/distribution rights for specific regions.

I believe Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, Spanish, French and Portugese would be suitable languages for the surfing book and as for the Freestyle Motocross book I think suitale languages would be German, French, Portugese and possibly Spanish.

I also feel the biggest market for the Freestyle Motocross book is actually the USA and Canada - so I'm also looking for someone to take over distribution for North America (we have already printed the books in English, so we could ship them from Australia to the USA for distribution.
