The Book Marketing Network

For book/ebook authors, publishers, & self-publishers

I am switching from my expensive ($29/mo.) host to someone like Go Daddy or Network Solutions. Is there one out there that is best suited for writers trying to market their wares?

I use homestead. The programs and options they provide are easy to use and understand. They also offer free training on their program. I have been using them from the beginning and I am very pleased with the service. It is less expensive than the fee you are paying. Check out my web site and get a feel for the options available for writers or anyone else who want to maintain a web site and get their material exposure.
You can also try HostGator, which also supports Wordpress for blogs.
Hi Richard, I have used Host Gator for years and love it! You can have as many websites or blogs as you'd like and it's easy to upload content. It is o$9.95 for unlimited sites and pages and it is a snap to setup a WordPress blog!

If you have a lot of audios or videos, I would not recommend uploading them to your server, but rather use Amazon S3, YouTube or TechSmith for your media storage.
