What are the biggest challenges you are having with getting your book published and distributed?

My biggest challenges are with marketing/promotion. It is very time-consuming! Self-publishing is the best way to go and I recommend Mill City Press because they offer fulfillment and distribution.

What specifically are your challenges in marketing and promotion?
You should check out Motivational Press. They have a very unique mid-teir (similar to self-publishing) model.
