This thought provoking book is an older one but well worth the read. It offers insights into the recollection of past lives through hypnosis.

Weiss never before even considered such a possibility until one of his patients, Catharine, suddenly began sharing details of a life in 1863 B.C. Needless to say, Weiss was stunned and immediately wanted to learn more.
