As you sit down and plan your travel schedule for 2012, please consider joining our many book festivals. April and May will bring about events in the suburbs of Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Nashville, TN. Our festivals are held inside the common areas of shopping malls which ensures high traffic and zero possibility of rain. We feature local and national celebrities to read and share stories about their books and writings. We also have free professional development workshops for our attendees and authors. Our events are free to the public and often bring out librarians, student field trips and general book lovers, who are searching for that next purchase.

Authors may choose to reserve tables for one, two or three days Friday through Sunday. Single day tables start at only $90. Participants are allowed time on one of many stages to speak to buyers about their book(s) and encourage purchases.

In 2012 we are combining with our book fairs, Art, Music and Film Festivals. This combination of culture will greatly increase the amount of traffic to the shopping centers, thus increasing the potential for added revenue to book festival participants. We're also planning entertainment and activities for all throughout the weekend. What better place to sell books than a shopping mall?

Author applications are now available on our website. Click onto www.InternationalBookExpo.com and select the event that interests you. Check this site often for updates on events in Atlanta, Washington D. C. area, Florida and Houston are in negotiations. You'll be happy you did!
