Something About Me and My Book:
I was born in London , England in 1939 at the beginning of WW2. My book is titled "The Spoils of Angel's War" , in general it deals with lives of ordinary people in the extraordinary times of war. Specifcally it tells the story of a young Cockney woman's rise from humble beginnings to become one of the most loved and famous women of the WW2 period. As a child she was advised by her grandmother to "Know your station in life , and never go above it "
Angel learns that sometimes it isnt the plans that we make for life , its the plans that life makes for us that determine the course of our life
