Something About Me and My Book:
I am a Mother of three and Granmother of five . My passion is baking and cooking gourmet foods . I suffer with chronic pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis and several other forms of arthritis . The pain and diformity is what prompted me to write my second book , A Complete Illustrated Guide to Cooking with Arthritis . My book contains a collection of delectable recipes both American and ethnic . The color step by step photos help the reader preform kitchen tasks easily and painfree. There is a culinary rescourse guide as well as a term and tips for living with arthritis section. A Complete Illustrated Guide to cooking with arthritis is also available in e book online .
