Something About Me and My Book:
My new book, Big Green Purse: Use Your Spenging Power to Create a Cleaner, Greener World, focuses on ways consumers (especially women) can use their marketplace clout to protect the planet. The book is published by Avery, an imprint of Penguing/Viking; it's for sale on Amazon now and will be available in bookstores in February. This is my fourth book. I also publish the website, www.biggreenpurse.com, and give speeches around the world on environmental and "green" living and shopping.

I've had wonderful readings at Hoopla in Washington, D.C., at the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle, and at independent book stores in Oakland, San Francisco, and Palo Alto.
