Smoothies & Smoozies for Life

I started putting this book together because I thought it would be good to have smoothies made with nothing but raw fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts. Then my mother died of malnutrition 3000 miles away. I realized the elderly need this book as well. They can't live on poison-in-a-can ~ even if they would drink it.
