The Baby Gangsters are wanted by the FBI, ATF and the LAPD for murder and robbery.
Jason Stout of South Central Los Angeles is recovering from the shock of seeing his brother Adonis shot to death next to him outside of World on Wheels skating rink in the Midtown section.
Although Jason was at the murder scene, he has no idea who the masked bandits were that gunned his brother down in front of their younger twin sisters and Adonis‘s pregnant girlfriend.
Ricardo Hernandez is the son of a Colombian cartel kingpin who befriends Jason and puts enough cocaine in his hands to make Jason one of the biggest dope dealers in Los Angeles.
With a baby on the way and millions of dollars worth of cocaine at his disposal, Jason recovers successfully and is living his ghetto fantasy until the mother of Adonis’ daughter, Darlene, tells him that she knows who the men are that killed Adonis.
The Baby Gangsters are the ones responsible for that murder as well, but Jason is much more vicious than the law enforcement officers in search of the Baby Gangsters and while the officers are still trying to figure out who the Baby Gangsters are, Jason already knows and deals with them by way of the streets.
