This was me in 1995. My book addresses weight maintenance for anyone of any weight. I have worked with over 2,000 Personal Training Clients since 1997. However, I addressed and titled the book to grab the attention of bariatric surgery patients who struggle after the window of ease is over. There is nothing more depressing than regaining weight after this surgery.
