From the Eyes of the Victim

This book came out of anger, only because while trying to prepare for a job, this young lady came into the same place, and for some reason, she felt compelled to tell me her story. What happened? She went to the Department of Health to tell her story, and they made her feel so bad, she wished she didn't say anything to anyone. When people come clean about a traumatic experience, it is not up to someone to make them feel worse. We need people that will have compassion for what happened to another. It is happening too much where no one doesn't feel safe enough to tell their story. Okay, God, I get it. This is why I have to tell mines, and I have to be an example.
