The man with the white shirt did not understand the follow regulation:
All personnel, workers, or visitors must put on appropriate clothes consisting of materials which will not produce electrostatic discharges that can ignite explosive atmosphere.
Your clothing materials must be in accordance with EN 1127& EN 13463-1 regarding risk analysis & EN 1149-1 or EN 1149-5 concerning antistatic and charge dissipation performance.
