Jersey's Secret Assassin

A brother is told that his only sibling has been killed in a domestic accident. problem is he knows his brother really well and there is no way he could have died the way described. The police are closing the case so he does what any brother would do, he gets on a plane with the full intention of exposing exactly how his brother died and who killed him. What he didn't know was he was walking into a world of corrupt police and trained assassins.
