Land of the Scandalous

Los Angeles has the most gang members of any city in America, and it’s war time. What’s worse is that Congress has just passed a new gang law that will enable law enforcement agencies to combat the gang situation with scandalous tactics.
Gang wars have emerged all over the city and the United States government are the ones provoking most of the violence.
In Land of the Scandalous, Big Sam is a Blood from Inglewood that wants to kidnap Jason Stout, but the reason he really wants to get Jason is because Jason is friends with Big Sam’s longtime nemesis, Dilly from Watts.
In Pasadena, Devil wants to take control of his gang after he gets out of a Youth Authority facility. He well accomplish his mission by any means necessary, even if that means killing people from his own gang that don’t want to abide by his rules.
Collision is the course all are headed on and only the deadliest will survive by way of the streets.
