Quest publishes books on personal growth through travel. By stepping outside the daily pattern of life, travel can help us challenge our beliefs and explore new ways to express and experience our Self. I take my years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups, and weave my methods of assisting clients into very readable stories. My skill with words and open sharing of my thoughts and feelings, assists readers to explore their own thinking so they question what they were taught to believe about themselves, about the ways to live and about what to expect from other people.
