No More Free Milk!!! Is a very enlightening book about the struggles and issues women face throughout their personal spiritual journeys and with their personal relationships. It delves in the lives of many women, much like the movie "For Colored Girls." It sheds light on a variety of common topics such as independency, abuse, balance of family and friends, self-motivation, motherhood, physical, spiritual and mental health, high self-esteem, preparation for the right spouse or mate, choosing the best mate, positive thinking, access baggage, waiting on God's timing, developing from a whore to a housewife, dealing with naysayers, sharing your man with your best friend, and having a peaceful life. These are just a few topics that are dealt with in this book that helps women become the God-fearing woman they desire and yearn to become. It provides helpful advice and wisdom on how to begin a life-changing journey, in addition to supportive scriptures and eloquent poetry that matches each challenge. Sly Fleming, mentally put himself in a woman's shoes as he wrote this novel to help women relate and resolve common issues that lead to cycling dysfunctions most women face. I highly recommend this book to everyone who has ever faced a challenge in their lives.
