I grew up in southern Maine in an old farmhouse by a saltwater marsh. I graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in computer science and attended graduate school at the University of Kentucky. I now live in northern Virginia with my husband and two dogs, where, in addition to writing, I practice photography and sew custom corsets, costumes and other curious clothing. Some of my other writings appeared in the collection Idol Musings, also from Fey Publishing.
