Something About Me and My Book:: Goodology sounds simple. And it is - I like that. But, the title Goodology, Personal Development Through Good indicates that there is more to it than just understanding good. The book digs deep within the human operating system to understand where a lack of power comes from. Subtle internal mechanics determine whether you allow your energy to flow or whether you restrict or resist your own power.

The book comes from a desire to do good, to make the world better and see people happy. Through studying personal health, environmental health and spiritual health, I have simplified a system that increases our own power of attraction. And, the good news, "it's all good!"

The terms used in the book are simple breaking down our own raw material with which we function. I try not to use many of the "buzz words" that you have read in other books. For example, in my seminars I ask people to define many words like, 'ego.' No one has the same definition. How can you get a point across when everyone has a different meaning of a word?

So this is a refreshing book that really gets to the core issues that hold us back. Thanks for reading. Have a great day.
