Something About Me and My Book:
I'm an engineer well experienced in the management and direction of the building operating systems in complex structures such as hospitals. A Second Chance" is a fictional story about what might have happened if someone erred in the installation of the med gas systems. The book plays up the devastating results of an error brought on by greed, nepotism and mismanagement. The main characters are a widowed mother of a lost infant and the engineer brought in to establish how this foolish mistake devastated the lives of the families involved. There are gut-wrenching moments as the tale finally unfolds.
