- Something About Me and My Book:
- Decision or Destiny is my first published fiction book about a small town girl who fell in love with a handsome boy who gave her a special silver bracelet and proposed marriage. But she left after high school graduation promising herself never to return to her hometown. She travels many different paths and marries a shoe designer with a secret that destroys their marriage. More than a dozen moves and three states later, she finds the silver bracelet from her high school sweetheart. The last time she saw him was thirty-four years ago.
Darlene Biese Schultz teaches fiction writing at a senior center and writes a monthly column for her local newspaper. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism/advertising from Kent State University. She lives with her husband Dave in Wisconsin.
