'Bullying in the Workplace: An Occupational Hazard' was the first Australian book written for victims, perpetrators and employers to seriously confront what one in five people know from personal experience – that bullying is rife in workplaces all over the world. Focusing particularly on psychological bullying, which is often done on the sly, without witnesses, and so is much more difficult to prove, the updated second edition published in 2010 uses case studies and other research to highlight the harmful effects of bullying, both physical, psychological and financial, on victims, coworkers, employers and even the bullies themselves.
