Something About Me and My Book:: As a professional life coach that niches in life transitions and spiritual integration, I’ve found more than half my clients resist the change happening in their lives. Well aware that nothing stays the same they were reluctant to leave behind what no longer worked. I came to discover the reason. Almost all were unsure of how you build a life. It wasn’t until I started using storytelling in my practice that transition became easy for them.

My third book Strays, is a novel about a woman who is standing at the corner of “The Rest of Your Life” and “Welcome to Reality.” Lost in the chaos of a life she doesn’t want, she finds herself ill-equipped to navigate the world around her. Laid off from her job and in a dysfunctional relationship, Jane is unwilling to accept what life throws her way and begs for guidance. When she is literally hit on the head, Jane discovers her answers in the form of an abandoned dog, and the timeless wisdom of nature. She soon realizes that even strays can find their way home.
