Something About Me and My Book:
I am a psychologist specializing in emotional wellness. The book arose out of my professional speaking business. It is designed for those who are worried about becoming depressed or who have been depressed and are making lifestyle changes to prevent a recurrence.

Learning healthy thinking skills is a key factor in maintaining emotional health. In this book, the reader has access to specific tips that can be used to practice a life that is more mindful, optimistic, and resilient.
