Your novel sounds incredible. Have you looked into Artisan Book Reviews & Promotion? Or Chick Lit Cafe? They both do an excellent job of getting authors books in the spotlight and helping to get those book sales coming in. They are professional book reviewers and have a team of book marketing specialists that get books into readers hands. You can get some early reviews and promotion going for your book which will help immensely.
