I am a writer, designer and marketing expertise. My current book is Healthy & Fun Choices, an activity book that encourages children to open communication lines with their parents while learning about enjoying the outdoors, eating healthy foods, reducing screen time and having fun. I am working on additional activity books called Nurture Nature and Being Present; as well as an inspirational/motivational book.
