Something About Me and My Book:: Phil has pastored churches in Berkeley, California; St. Louis, Missouri, Evansville, Indiana; Bellefonte, Pennsylvania; and Marietta, Ohio.

Following his post-ordination conversion to biblical Christianity, he has labored for Gospel renewal through preaching, radio, music, counseling, and writing. Coming to see the counter productivity of his traditional education, he repudiated it (Philippians 3:8), and reeducated himself in the historic traditions of Reformed, Protestant Christianity.

With more than twenty-five years of ministry leadership, Phil has both an understanding of and experience with the unique circumstances involved in ministry, and is the author of many books on biblical exposition.

Colossians -- Christos Singularis

The aloneness of the gospel has been a topic of interest and confusion for eons. It was Martin Luther (1483-1546) who coined the term “grace alone” in response to the arguments by a corrupt church that relied upon non-biblical sources to define the biblical gospel.
