Something About Me and My Book:: The book is entitled, "The Heart In Communicating - One person's journey from broadcaster to crisis communicator", and was published in 2006. The book was written as a result of many requests following my seminars around the world. It contains not only my seminar teaching points, but all of the stories that I tell. It is a collection of stories and methods of communicating form the heart. This 'instructional autobiography' is multi media. It comes with a CD that contains the seminar powerpoint, all of the seminar handouts, 92 case studies on crisis situations, a 27 page crisis management and crisis communications plan and the book, "The Heart In Communicating" in PDF format.
The author, Richard Brundage was a former television news anchor, producer and director, and now teaches audiences world wide how to respond to the media - especially in crisis situations. His message extends far beyone reponsding to the media - it is "new millennium thinking" about how we all communicate with each other.
