It sounds as though you had some success with your book review campaign. You have one article about you coming out this fall. You indicated that the company you hired had some success with Review Copies, just not as much as you would have liked for the money you spent.

Your return to writing sounds to me as though you're returning to your comfort zone. I live by the rule that things don't improve until I improve. And, for me, improving myself means getting outside my comfort zone.

Marketing is outside many people's comfort zone. It takes time, dedication and focus. In genteral, it takes 36 months until a book starts to find a following. I'd hate to see you give up on marketing your book before its time.

Congratulations on getting Internet reviews of your poetry. There is no easy way to get print reviews except to keep pitching the publications you want to review your book. Do you have a target list of media you want to review you? Are you actively working that list?

Hi Janet,

Thanks for writing me!

No. You can't unscramble an egg. The title was inspired by Joel Osteen. What it means is you can no more change your past than unscramble an egg-- and because of this, you shouldn't let your past disappointments, failures, setbacks...keep you from having a future and a hope. I was writing to myself when I wrote this book, and the concept wasn't planned. It was natural process. I hope this explanation helps!
