You should probably start with a publisher in your own country. There are probably only a dozen or so that would be interested in your manuscript. Ask your local bookseller for names of publishers that publish books like yours.

But it is basically a fantasy-satire manuscript focusing on the concept of power. Thanks for asking. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can get in touch with an interested publisher? I'm on the final stages of revision and I hope that people will get a chance to read it someday.
