- I am a trainer, consultant and a former educator. I am also the founder of Encourage Tomorrow, a community based organization that provides educational programs to families in the state of California. I recently published "The Latino's Guide to Parenting" which provides 50 effective ways for a Latino father to raise a family in today's demanding world. This book gives practical advice in an easy to read format. This book is excellent for families, parenting programs, educational programs and mentoring programs. Role models and mentors from all walks of life provide their experiences.
