Something About Me and My Book:
My name is Vangie Williams, I hail from King George, Virginia with my husband and our six daughters. If one was to describe me, you would be unable to do so without using many titles and descriptions; I am a Christian; wife; mother; full-time student in college, religion and life; a full-time Project Management Specialist; and a successful real estate agent in Maryland and Virginia; in fact, Vangie's professional career and higher education encompass project, construction and real estate management and a love for history. Yet, Vangie quite recently, I have discovered my passion for writing, spinning tale after tale for all to enjoy.

Broken Life-A Fight for Forever is just the beginning... To understand my writing style is the easiest description of all; I creates motion with words, letting you feel the emotions of and walk the paths of her characters. I allow you into their world, capturing your attention and heart. My novels are not just another love story, but a welcomed walk into the various paths of history and adventures of past lives.

Follow my main character Bethel as she let's you into her dreams and witness the Fight for Forever.

Broken Life - A Fight for Forever is about love cursed in Old Africa. A young African maiden falls in love with a Frenchman captured by her father's warriors. As she watches and cares for him over the next twenty-one days, she is captivated by his beautiful green eyes and his genuine smile and breaks tribal law when she asks her father to be his bride instead of her chosen husband. Her father King Sundiata could not refuse his youngest daughter and allows her to leave Africa with the Frenchman; what she doesn't know is that the tribal shaman has placed a curse on her and all of her female descendants. "21 suns you feel in love and left your people, 21 moons shall you love your girl child".

Jump forward to our time and young Bethel began having dreams of African and French women who speak to her and show her the paths of their lives.

Broken Life - A Fight for Forever - Book 1 is about Marguerite, the third women in her dreams and the woman who writes the first entry in the journal that her deceased mother left her. Her dreams are so vivid that she is a shadow watching the past in the future.

This is a romantic tale of steamy passion and boiling fervor, which also wraps itself in the arms of virtually unexplored history. Moreover, this zeal-filled story crosses time, racial, cultural lines as well as the vast Atlantic. From generation to generation, a special lineage of rare love is interrupted, entwined lives are broken, and fragile dreams are shattered because of an unrelenting curse rooted in the motherland. Yet, the rigorous fight to break the curse's menacing grip steadily climaxes as young Bethel gains wisdom through her visions as well as the truths spoken from her father’s reluctant tongue. And then there is the cherished wooden box, a treasured but mysterious heirloom, which connects Bethel to both the curse and a counter to the same. Upon possessing the box, she discovers the nearly elusive path to victory. Through a series of visions, which first take her to the mid 1800’s, she sees the way…

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

You seem to be a very interesting talanted woman.
