Wow! What an exciting journey!
The biggest challenge? Staying focused on initiatives that take months & years to grow like marketing partnerships, while running around to wrap up the million little things that can't wait... Knowing which publicity opportunities hold the best returns when the internet offers a sea of options.
What I've found useful? Delegating what isn't my specialty, to professionals - I've had good success using Elance.com for this.
