Helpful Proofreading Tip: Separate

Hey guys, another helpful proofreading tip: separate your text into individual sentences. This will help you read each sentence carefully. To do this, just press the return key after each period so every line begins a new sentence, then read each sentence separately, spotting grammar, punctuation, or spelling errors as you go.

Helpful Proofreading Tip: Read Your Work Aloud

Hey guys, another quick proofreading tip: give a copy of your manuscript to another person, and keep a copy for yourself. Then take turns reading it out loud to each other, and while one of you reads, the other follows along to catch any errors.
