-         I am fluent in Russian

-         I competed in the 2002 NCAA Track and Field Championships in the 200 meter dash and 4x100 meter relay

-         The tip of my right ring finger was cut off by a sliding glass door when I was two years old

-         I have tried out for the TV shows Survivor and the Amazing Race three times
