1.  I teach English grammar and composition at a community college.

2.  I hate to talk; I prefer to write--odd how I became a teacher.

3.  I grew up on a farm.  I can tell anyone anything about cropping tobacco, the old-fashioned way.

4.  I met Michael Jordan, Sam Perkins, Kenny Smith, and Brad Daugherty in college before they became super famous.

5.  I love cheese on almost everything, especially cheesy lasagna.
