They provide their email address and name on a firm at purchase. You send the ebook, with related follow-up offer, within 24 hours – and ask if they want to opt-in to receive your newsletter or blog updates. • Alternatively, suggest that the meeting planner offer exhibitors (first one who responds) the opportunity to buy either a) a book for all attendees, with a sticker on the cover, “Gift from (company name,” or b) the chance to buy a minimum quantity of your book (say 100) at a reduced price to gvier away at their booth where you will spare when the give away starts.
