— TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS —

Ads need to be sent as 300 dpi digital files (jpg, tif, eps, pdf).

All ads are black & white.

— DEADLINES —

Space reservations must be made by March 31, 2008.

Artwork must be received by April 7, 2008.

— Other ‘Swag’ —

Flyers, bookmarks, business cards, postcards:

To be placed in bags: $100 / item

To be placed on the Swag Table: no charge

Other promotional items (pens, badge holders, flashlights, bandanas—anything can hold an intrinsic value to the customer) – no charge.

All Swag must be received by March 31, 2008. If this is a large (or express) package, please email at promotions@ravencon.com and let us know the package is coming (so it doesn’t get wet!)
