Just When You Think You Make Ends Meet, Somebody Moves the Ends..;->

Change is inevitable in any business, whether you employ just yourself or hundreds of people. This week I'm sad to say goodbye to my Online Business Manager, Janet Anderton. Janet is a good friend as well as valued colleague and has decided to take her life in another direction. Unfortunately, that means a change in what she wants to do for her business, as well, so she's off to explore new worlds, have new adventures, and to boldly go where she's never gone before (am I a Star Trek geek or what?? LOL). Because of my work with Janet, I was forced to put processes and procedures in place in order to effectively delegate to her, so that bit of learning will enable a smoother transition to my new Online Business Manager.
