[READ POLL RESPONSES] How do you normally acquire your reading materials?

be an interesting question posed.

www.amazon.com has everything I need (and don't need).

Independent and/or second-hand bookstores.

Borders, Barnes & Noble or, amazingly, the fictional Fox Books.

This really validates my thoughts of how so many book clubs
will select an author of the month, yet will purchase the book
from any other entity rather than the author's site.

Do you believe these resources help, hender or stagnate the
independent / non-mainstream authors?
