A Beautiful Day in Moss Landing for my Book Signing on Saturday, April 18, 2009

"Compulsion" Moss Landing is a great little community located on the Monterey Bay just about a 30-minute drive from Monterey, California along the historic Highway 1. For such a small town of barely 800 residents, it has something for everyone who visits. There is a boat harbor where fisherman and sailboat enthusiasts congregate. Avid kayakers and surfers can be seen enjoying the surf. It’s not unusual to see sea otters or seal lions frolicking in the water and along the docks, especially this time of year with their newborn babies. Bird watchers can catch more than a glimpse of the many native California birds, such as the blue herons, sand pipers, and egrets. The long stretch of beach is my favorite part of Moss Landing, which is perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk along the shoreline.

Haute Enchilada Café

Book Signing at the Haute Gallery Moss Landing wouldn’t be complete without the wonderful restaurants, antique stores, and artist’s gallery. Saturday April 18th was a beautiful sunny day around 80 degrees and a perfect backdrop for a book signing. It was a great day to talk about Compulsion and meet readers at the gallery. I completely enjoyed chatting about Emily Stone and serial crime with everyone who stopped by.

Thank you so much for all of your support!

I’m answering questions from readers about Emily Stone and how she hunts down serial killers and pedophiles.
I’m enjoying a wonderful luncheon at the Haute Enchilada Café with a few avid thriller readers after the book signing.
