A Few of my Thoughts on a new audio book release: J.T. Lewis & Big Daddy Abel -"Pepper & Longstreet - Volume 1 - The Beginning"

J.T. Lewis has an amazing YA series: Pepper and Longstreet. It is a great read that you can share with just about any child of any age, even someone like me, a geezer. It has all the right elements, leaves the reader with a smile when done, and a sense of satisfaction of time not just well spent, but enriched.

As a youth I had read all the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew novels I could find, devoured is more like it. I would stack any of J.T.Lewis’s P&L stories with them. The neat thing about all this is that you can get these stories any way you want to: ebook,paperback, and now audio book.

Big Daddy Abel has been on a roll doing the narrations of many new audio books and he adds a dimension and a layer to P&L that I don’t think many thought possible. There is a rich quality, a heart and soul that has become BDA’s Hallmark.
